You can use the AI Assistant features by using one of the following options:

• NVivo 15: You can avail limited access to the AI Assistant features. This limit is calculated in terms of tokens that are sent to and received from the AI engine. For example:

  • 1-2 sentence ~= 30 tokens

  • 1 paragraph ~= 100 tokens

  • 1,500 words ~= 2048 tokens

  NVivo 15 provides access to AI Assistant functionality to process roughly 1,000 pages of tokens (assuming 1 page ~= 1500 words). When this limit is reached, a dialog is displayed which includes a link to myLumivero portal to purchase an AI Assistant subscription.

• AI Assistant Subscription: You can avail unlimited1 usage of AI Assistant features for a year. You can purchase the AI Assistant Subscription by accessing the myLumivero portal .

NOTE: When you purchase NVivo 15 or AI Assistant subscription, to seamlessly utilize the AI features, ensure that you have an AI Assistant Subscription assigned to your user account in the myLumivero portal. For more information, see Assign or Unassign Licenses or Subscriptions.
